How can I reduce the recoil like this guy? I'm not talking about the recoil pattern per se, I'm talking about the trembling animation, when I use the gauss saw while ads the whole screen shakes, his doesn't even move, it feels like he has no recoil.

Yeah, looks how much damage he is tanking, some players seems to shoot bullets that don't damage him, I think it's players with bad rigs, the moment some above average player shoots at him he gets killed.
Not saying he isn't skilled or anything, but his rig his making a great difference.

That last death was more positioning related than aim. You put yourself into a corner with no way to disengage if an unmanageable number of enemies came through the door. In those situations I usually either stay on the first floor and use the stairs for cover or post up at the top of the steps and back up so the top stair blocks most of their line of sight. If that doesn't make sense I will draw you a diagram.

I think if you want to lower or increase your sensitivity, you should adjust it a small amount every day, and then pay attention to your daily/weekly statistics and see how it's affecting your accuracy, kpm, hsr, and kdr.

Also, when changing sensitivity, you want to have some some time to adapt: changing it every day won't do this at all.
Pick something you think is reasonable, and force yourself to use that for a week. You can use stats to help gauge an improvement, but you should still mostly be going off of gut feel.

But if it's having an actual impact and helping you, it'll show up statistically over time. Which could be weeks or months. You WILL see a difference over your monthly avg from when you started to when you finished, and if you don't then there isn't anything that changing your sensitivity will do to help you.

See is exactly what I was talking about. You found a decent farm, saw 3 kdr, and attributed it to the fact that you just changed your sensitivity yet again.
If you play for a month with this sensitivity, then change it and take some time to adapt, then post for another month, and then compare stats, sure, looking at stats is valid.
Otherwise, by "gut feel" I mean being aware that you're playing better even though your daily stats don't reflect it (bad fights, etc)
