Sombra is fine as she is, she doesn't need any buff, she is a nightmare for healers (specially Lucio), and a hardcounter for a lot of heroes, (torb, doomfist, reaper, etc. If they buff her, she will be op)

Lucio is like the least affected healer of all by her.

Sombra is good if you have the right kind of team that will make use out of her, like a Genji or Tracer able to stay in their back lines because there's a hacked mega or a Winston that will jump on a slippery target as soon as you're hacking them. You often don't find that kind of communication outside of stacks I do think you should be able to start hack from invis seeing as how it more or less puts you on even ground with your shit DPS and no damaging abilities

I always get through that section as Genji by going higher. Even had a game just like this not too long ago. I was telling my team the locations of everything so a team mate went Sombra for health packs/ult while the other four went Orisa/D.va/Lucio/Moira. While D.va and Orisa were covering the rest of the group so they'd get in I was fucking up Symmetra's turrets as fast as she laid them out. The whole fight ended moving to the courtyard. Sombra and I got our ult and pretty much snowballed it all from there.

I'm kinda new to the game and i'm wondering how come this skin got so much effort put into it. I get that it's legendary, but I haven't seen any other legendary skin that changes the ult color. I actually thought that this was impossible to do in fps games. I get that hanzo's popular, but has blizzard ever explained why they made the skin this way ?

They just don't care and apparently they don't even do the skins in-house, they just outsource them. So whatever chink they pay to do the skins just puts more effort into them depending on whether or not they like the character or whatever concept artist likes x character more will add more shit to them.
This is why you have skins with 4000 alternate things like Zen's Cultist costume but then Reaper's Dracula outfit gets literally nothing.

They add additional voiceline/effect changes whenever they feel like it, as long as it fits the theme and doesn't affect gameplay significantly. It's basically 1k credits because it isn't an event skin.
