For Assault, definitely go for Juggernaut. Pair up that perk and the default explosion protection one for maximum effect. For scout, all of the class specific ones are shit, but like the other guy said, the perk where you’re undetected is useful

Finally a second win, almost every game has my team just camping somewhere except for me and some random running around to the points.

Flak and Juggernaut are exactly what I do too, best to pair that up with a weapon that's good at hipfire. I have fun running around with the Trench Carbine and a gas mask on like a madman.
Every medic specific specialization is great, just go with what feels comfortable.

i can't see the dreadnaughts lasting very long against the L destroyers with their 4 cannons

Between all the planes, fortress guns, fire from the opposing dreadnought and the fact that each destroyer brings 2 torpedo boats worth of torpedos to the fight in addition to their guns they'll be sunk immediately.
