She does have several niches compared to Grover, speed being one.
Her ult which she can use to eliminate, or at least disrupt key targets.
Also the invulnerability shield. You can run in front of allies and just absorb any burst damage they would've taken.
And while Grover is terrible in close combat, Moji is decent.
The no-sustain is pretty bad, though. Running away and Veteran is the best option I can come up with, while your fartcloud stays up in the meantime.

Royal Subjects as a legendary is just unfair, giving no good counterplay and lowering his skill floor. So, I think that it should be reworked to a legendary that rewards Bomb King players who have good aim and ability to lead. This rewards good players while still allowing for other legendary choices, as this requires adequate skill to use effectively
