Should we give fascism another chance?

Should we give fascism another chance?
There's no doubt it's the most aesthetic form of state

The transition should happen by itself if its really a desirable form of government, not experimentally at the hands of others.

we should give communism another shot. its stops people from exploiting capital

It is very aesthetic and it seems to admire things like beauty and heroism. Seems extremely appealing to me. I won't know unless I actually get to live under a fascist government.

Yes user, the ideal state is the one that best fits the villain of a cartoon.

Cartoon villains were inspired by nazis not the other way around.

Based.

>Mussolini was a nazi
hurr

It obviously gets a bad rap from the overly enthusiastic/stupid fascist leaders throughout history. It's too hard to sway public opinion to desire a fascist state today

Th-that's right, we should try communism again and again until we get results!

F-fucking AMERICA has to ruin everything we do!

>That OP image.
>implying that every fascist state didn't wind up getting its ass kicked any time it tried going up against either capitalist nations or communist nations

Fascism is basically the state equivalent of an underweight dork that tries to compensate for it by wearing a dark trenchcoat and carrying a katana around to look "intimidating." There's a reason they've all been obsessed with the style of their state over the actual functioning of it.

>any time
You mean the single and only time it was destroyed because of Germany's incompetence?

>Every
You mean once in World War II

Hence why I say "another chance"

The biggest mistake was to mix the conservative revolutionary ethos of Germany with fascism.

>we should try fascism again and again until we get results!

>slaughtering innocents
>heroism

looks like if someone ate a bunch of spoons and lego then took a shit

Germans suck at art desu.

Nazis would have destroyed this

>or communist nations
*that were heavily financed and supplied by capitalist nations and contributed little more than waves impoverished slave meat to toss in the grinder

They had their reasons

Nazis were fucking plebs.

Italian FASCISTS were the true patricians, and also the true fascists.

You do realize that fascism is just an Absolute monarchy with a bit of flavor right?

Would I like to see it in a 1st World country again for the sake of curiosity? Yes, Fascism sounds good in theory, but that's just it, in theory. we don't have enough examples to really tell. Plus I have a really bad habit of romanticizing to such a level, that it gets hard to separate it from fact. I would be VERY hesitate of ever taking that dive.

Italian "fascism" was essentially Stalinism

Mussolini was a Marxist when it came to labor and a goddamned coward when it came to race

>Fascist aren't Fascists
(You)

Italians created fascism whether you like it or not.

Not all Fascists; Oswald Mosley, of the British Union of Fascist, called for a Republic. The leader of said party would have 4 years do whatever they wished. After 4 years, every man and woman would get ballet saying Yes or No to the current government. If Yes is voted, the current party stayed in power; if no, they held elections. Source: 100 Questions for Fascist by Oswald Mosley.

The system is retarded, I just want their aesthetics and parades desu

Why is /pol/ so stupid lads?

...

Lol, edgy teenagers are the worst.

>Le hitler was a badbass, and so am I. I am bad ass awesome fascist because I have hitler as my wall paper. I am going to be huge and buff because I am a le awesome facist XD

Kill yourself. Fascism failed multiple times

...

>all fascists like Hitler
My existence disproves your argument.

oh. I stand corrected.

...

Yeah, and Stalin said the state would wither away

...

More than just aestheticism, it also contains the strongest economic system ever. Germany had almost a 0% unemployment rate before the second world war. In addition, the extremely high level of government control allows for greater flexibility in all sorts of systems, such as education. In America the education system is out of date and can't really be changed because the wheels of democracy and the American populace are too slow to turn. Likewise food distribution in a capitalistic system is based on profit, whereas in a fascist system the government would be in total control and resources could be allocated based on efficiency.

Basically fascism is the answer to all sorts of gaps and cracks that pop up in other systems. It combines the motivation for advancement of capitalism with the ubiquitous benefits of socialism.

The only thing your existence proves is that retards can manage to work a keyboard and mouse

...

I fucking love that thing.

I'm a hardline Marxist but this shit is cool as fuck

It's really crazy how far different Fascism and National Socialism is per country. For an example, Goerge Lincoln Rockwell, founder of the American National Socialist White People's Party called for a Christian Constitutional Representative Republic and believed that the current (1960s) system of American government was good as it was.

o-okay..

>argument is wrong
> U R SiLLY
Epic.

>it also contains the strongest economic system ever. Germany had almost a 0% unemployment rate before the second world war.
Because their doctrine called for the ideal that 'jobs create capital instead of capital creating jobs,' this is a big reason why they disagreed with Capitalism. Source: Nazi-Sozi (Yes, National Socialism =/= Fascism, but they used the same economic model).

>In addition, the extremely high level of government control allows for greater flexibility in all sorts of systems, such as education.
I agree. I think America could get something close to this by allowing States to teach how they see fit, but have a nationalized Federal test each student must pass to empathize a quality education.

>Likewise food distribution in a capitalistic system is based on profit, whereas in a fascist system the government would be in total control and resources could be allocated based on efficiency.
Mosley and Goebbels both advocated their citizens own at least 1 acre of land as to 1. allow cities and suburbs not to become crowded and 2. actually grow their own gardens. Source: Mein Kampf [Stalag edition] and 100 Questions for Fascists.

Fascism worries me because there's no reason why the dictator should care about the state after he dies if his title is not hereditary. Monarchies beat Fascist states for this reason.

He also didn't want to be arrested

You should know your place, fascist dog.

Who does?

>Germany had almost a 0% unemployment rate before the second world war.
So was USSR before COLLAPSE.

> greater flexibility in all sorts of systems
> such as education
Fascists in one fucking year destroyed german academic tradition, the one that invented entire field of quantum mechanics. Flexibility, top kek.

Can I get a source on that pic?

anyone got the pic explaining why the nazis were autismo about music?

Historical Encyclopedia of Natural and Mathematical Sciences

Was that the only quote in it of that conversation?

Your argument is not valid - even if we allow that you put fascism in one bag with nazism (which is wrong), there is still the issue with building your claim on an event where most of a university personnel was jewish, and they happened to be the most "hated" people by the goverment, which has nothing to do with actual education said government provides.

>0% unemployment rate

How is that a positive thing in your mind?

You can order people to dig up holes and then fill them afterwards if you want more work. Modern wealth comes from efficiency of work. Less working for bigger gains. Optimal scenario would be when people do zero work and still get huge amounts of goods.

100 % unemployment rate is the target and has been since Aristoteles. Automation is going to give us that in the long run. Distribution of wealth is a problem and the absolute amount of wealth are important, not employment.

>Mussolini wasn't a fascist

hurr durr

They actually planned to put all people who would have been unemployed to work on farms to increase food production: Tomorrow We Live! by Oswald Mosley.

we can still have based art deco without a pants-on-head inefficient system of government. We just have to try harder to get that epic scale with the art.

Yes it is just a historical anecdote, but destruction of academy was real and no joke.

What id jewish fascists decided to run our country?

>Yes it is just a historical anecdote,
Then I can't take the quote to heartedly since I do not have the full conversation.

>but destruction of academy was real and no joke
Have any good readings? Would like to know more.

Why the heck not, many jews participated in fascist Italy and it's organization and were quite efficient at doing so.

I feel sad for Mussolini's decision to side with Hitler every other day, could've saved the face of fascism just by staying neutral and fighting on his own, even if he would suck - some sort of peace would be quite likely with the allies during the worst times of the war for them which Italy could greatly benefit from.

What a shame.

No. Not even it's A E S T H E T I C S can draw me into a totalitarian regime

What about its height, face and frame?

Good argument there, buddy

> you put fascism in one bag with nazism
It wasn't me. The person who I answered, directly used Germany as example of economic success of fascism. You can of course argue that nazism, but not fascism was ot blame here. But if there is direct control over education how can you prevent some random person from abusing such power to politically advance some kind of harmful agendas?

>The person who I answered, directly used Germany as example of economic success of fascism.

Fascism and National Socialism use the same economic model; where they differ is philosophy of race, state and nation.

Who is the guy for the Fascist depiction?

Not even that

You can read small article about all of problems.
ams.org/notices/199510/maclane.pdf
There also exist The Quantum Exodus, the book about brain drain in Nazi Germany. Notable book, but not without some faults. Looks like it is niche theme to study, even if relatively known one.

Why he sided with Hitler anyway?

...

I think it was mostly because he thought that Hitler cannot be stopped and that he might as well use that train to get where he wants.
I bet the Allies would provide him with a nice sphere of influence in the Balkans had he taken them or provided bases in the latter stages of the war.

I am not sure how much he meant the Stressa Front when it was signed, wether he changed his mind later or before that event. Could mean a lot.

Why should we give it a chance? Their ideals are such that if they truly deserve another chance, they'll be able to take it for themselves.

>Yfw early Italian fascism had Jewish members

I always found an analogue between Liberalism and Fascism in Natural selection and Artificial selection. You can use Artificial selection to craft a creature, make it how you want, how you think it should be, but you're not perfect and in doing so you can introduce other issues or justt create something that doesn't work. Natural selection may be slow and inefficient, but this prevents it from straying too far into something unworkable and it always prioritises survivability over aesthetics.

Fascism seems to get things done, but just like Communism crumbles when exposed to the real world, the ideas Fascists bring into being aren't always workable and they can quickly bring ruin. The inefficiencies are designed to prevent or mitigate mistakes, and Fascism misses the point of why they exist.

Italians knew their shit

Proof that Jews ruin everything they get their hands on.

I honestly think we should. Not full fledged brownshirting obviously, but tying private interest to public interest is a neat idea.

what's this

I think we should rather give socialism a second chance. Like Leon Trotsky said, it would be the only way that everyone could contributes by adding intellectual knowledge of reality by creating their own vision of what it is, without being trap by vanities like Weber describe as our own desires or material (capitalism)

I think we should give National Socialism a second chance. The 25 points program of the Nazi party looks fairly reasonable.

>trusting trotsky

How about we actually give workers control to the means of production rather than the state THIS time.

People should understand the subjectivity of an opinion or values. There is no such things as complete Objectivity, and Fascism is like saying that there is...which is completely false and egoist and narcissic and hateful and whatever you find that is equivalent to be a complete ***hole thinking he has a real value in this world and the meaning of life. The power of human civilisation will come from men that is not here spending time on Internet like us, pessimist, haters criticizing everything and everyone thnking it will make us forget how pathetic, lazy, greedy and coward we are

>egoist
>objective values
Ayn Ran please go unspook yourself.

...

Power fantasies impair rational thought.

Good one.
Ebin burn :DDDD

The structure of China right now is the closest to a Fascist Super Power. A melding of state and corporate interests, as well as relative freedom and wealth for most people but not all.

Gee, how could they attain a 0% unemployment rate, just before launching the biggest war the world has ever seen?

>when your retarded system collapses but that's okay because the jews did it

People like you prove that philosophy is just a meme where edgelords overthink simple concepts.
We all have different subjective values, but many of them revolve around concrete "objective" values we all share as humans, or citizens of a country, or peoples of a specific region. Referencing OP's picture as an example, no person that I can think of would find something like the 2 pictures on the left more appealing than the dude portraying fascism. So why not build upon this ubiquitous (to a certain degree) notion of "good" instead of accepting "bad" and halting cultural progress? "Accepting" certain views, no matter how absurd they are, is what leads to the downfall of a society. We can see this all around us in the form of SJWs, fatshaming, etc.

A tribute by a polish sculptor to Mussolini made in 1932

interesting style

But fascism gave results over and over again, until they were beaten in war.

The same can not be said about communism.

> fatshaming
There is no reason to shame fat people. If you are fat than you know that it sucks. Even if you aren't you are probably informed about it not being truly healthy and everything. When you shame people, you just force them to be proud about being fat or find all kinds of excuses why being fat is coolest. It does nothing good for society in the long run as there already enough reasons to not be fat and all that shame can do, is to form reaction and denial.
> SJWs
They are ones who doesn't accept broad spectrum of certain views. They just shame people for being racist or fascist or white male or trump voter, etc... That also doesn't work for the same reason. Only thing that born from shame in the long run is pure irrational denial.

Portugal was never in war and where all of the so called results of Salazar fascist rule? It isn't like, Germany was the only fascist state in the world.

Luckily I never said all fascist countries give results.

But all Communist countries gave negative results.
