There's another one or two, the Oracle and/or the Tall. The Rogue is the only obvious female.

It's 60% yeah but with the best stuff (Prishe Hat, double belts) it works out to more atk without it even though she doesn't cap. For you it might be worth it with a +atk helmet actually, fiddle around the gear and see how it shakes out. Good luck pulling a Snow!
