Should I copypaste dwarven nobles to humans for a "bigger wars" mod, or do their own thing?

Conceptually, I kind of want humans to look like this:

>individually powerful lords with some hierarchy between them, but a lot of infighting
>piles of knights, including: high-up vassals with lots of responsibility; semi-autonomous low-level landholders; hedge knights with no land, minimal/no connection to lord
>rely on elite knights (some mounted, some not) leading masses of peasant levies

Elves would be divided between the usual animal-trainer elves and dark elves who live in mountainhomes with metal gear. Both would be fairly high-skill, low numbers.

Dwarves would be medium skill, medium numbers, excellent equipment.

Goblins would be... I don't know, really. Could I get randomly generated "war styles" by playing with the raws enough?

Oh, one other question. If I have the priest caste be randomly generated, can I then get them to appoint people somehow, or do I need a defined position for APPOINTED_BY?

I'm considering playing this after all these years but I need to know if I can at least play as an incestuous rapist who breeds his sisters and then sacrifices the inbred vegetables to satan while keeping the healthy ones for further breeding until the bloodline is 100% purebred.

3x3 embark, population capped at 80 (some babies popped out before I capped it), very few animals, caves blocked off until I need something from down there, no liquids below 7/7 if I can help it, smash all trash. My fps hovers around 40-45 and drops to 30-35 if I'm being invaded.

Probably, but you can make spiked balls out of wood and they sell for a lot, if you don't mind gaming the trade system.

I have in my adventurer backpack a +silver maul+ and a +bronze maul+, also i trained enough to being able to bash two goblins at same time, or bash twice a goblin, also i have no armor, where should i go? (Im not going to kill megabeasts, they are cool dudes)

You can get armor exchanging goods with soldiers, buying it at markets, killing bandits and invading armies, tombs, hearths, temples and the underground of a castle.
Essentially, armor is everywhere for you to pick up.
Unless you're a vampire who can pick up a ridiculous amount of weight you'll run into speed constraints armoring yourself too heavily though.
