Blizzard really fucked up with Garrosh's representation in Heroes of the Storm. His abilities and role do not fit his character fantasy in any way. His kit should have been for another character.

1) Night elf females do not have a hunched over attack posture. They stand erect, back arched, side-on to their target.
2) The back protrusion isn't a ring-shape like Wardens have. It looks wing-like.
3) Look towards the low-center portion of the teaser. Something there is also moving in time to the movements of the rest of the form. The shape suggests a tail.
Now look at the D2 and D3 renditions of Inarius. Demonic, hunched over, wings, tail.

This user gets it. That lower U shape is a tail, not part of a cloak. The upper portions are wings or some other type of back protrusion. That's why I'm betting on Inarius or [something else demonic. Maybe an Annhilian like Mannoroth or Magtheridon.
