Team is Clarisse/Anila/Magisa/Zeta/Anthuria. All but the lower SLvl stick is at 3* but not leveled yet. Flohrenberk is literally the best I can do for now. What weapon do I get to solve this grid up? The unknown axe on the side story+Primarch over Flohrenberk and Baha Sword (until it gets Coda'd)? Plus, is this enough to handle on-element content (Tia HL, Raphael raid, maybe RQ, Xeno Sagi once it gets rerun etc)? I intend on getting an Atma Staff for Wind and this team seems to benefit from it quite a bit as well, but that's more of a long-term plan.
Won't aim for twigs now, Fire is low priority for me, mainly for farming things for my main element which is Wind.

Not particularly directed at you, but people either didn't play during the time or forgot how good Siete 4* was. He was completely untouched during his reign.
The only thing that happens is incredible powercreep. His 4* eventually started to seem weak in comparison to common gacha characters. Even comparing him to wind Lancelot makes it pretty clear how much powercreep has happened; wind Lancelot has quite a lot more utility and overall party support. You can only expect to see gacha characters who are more or less 5* GW chara tier in the future.
