I'm new so I can't help much on tree, but it looks like your dmg is going to be low... heralds, poison, bleeds, or anything else besides just the ele conversion?

I've been finding recently that I've got this problem with every self cast or attack build. I really think they just overtuned the life of the bosses. Your damage falls behind so quickly in the new levelling content and all the bosses are such a chore.

I did scorching ray, cyclone, and warchief in SSF did all the bosses easily on a 4l with shitty self found gear. Which is why im angry this shitty bow build i bought leveling gear for is just under performing big time.

I don't know the values but the mod is "increased cooldown recovery speed". So 100% increased cd recovery speed means it recovers twice as fast and therefore takes half the time to cool down.

If it's 150% increased you get 250% multiplier to the speed, so it cools down at 2.5 (cd) seconds per second. 4 seconds / 2.5 is seconds per second is 1.6 seconds.
