They could've easily added some damage cap to the limbs, like 25% hp per shot max (or per second so you don't cheese it with a sicarus or pandero or something).

Is this how it feels like to play Warframe? To find a Frame you really enjoy and then watch it get nerfed to oblivion because it happens to be really good at something?

I've been playing since CB and I'm still not used to it. It really fucking hurts. It's like investing time into an online game and coming back finding out its getting shutdown or playing your character post-nerf only to struggle to be like it was before.
