I guess so. I've never interacted with anyone from these threads prior to that Gracia run, and all things considered it probably shouldn't surprise me that someone might worry about that.

If you keep playing with people from the thread, people will probably remember you anyway so at some point it's impossible to stay completely anonymous unless you avoid playing with /pso2g/. Although, sure, once your character gets posted, people will eventually notice you idling in the lobby and take note of your name. In that sense, someone might want to not have their character posted here, but I suppose if they're that worried about it, they probably won't join runs either just to be safe.

I've gotten the impression that the community of anons that actually play together is fairly small, too. Harder to stay anonymous if you're likely to often run into the same faces when joining /pso2g/ groups.

Yamato is months old. It was never this dead in the first few weeks of release. Dragon is supposed to be the latest content. It shows how badly they fucked up by not having c files and having vals be marketable since people just buy what they need and then have no reason to even play anymore. Instead you have people wanting more Deus EQs (presumably for fuses or the units) instead of the worthless dragon which has no rewards at all now that val prices tanked hard, and the rematch offering exactly the same things as the regular one (read: nothing at all).

I don't think it's about cfiles, but more like not having any relevant drops, val's not being interesting at all, and the fact this dragon is incredibly annoying for many. Once everyone gets their welfare 14* they may be rendered useless or pointless. Doesn't Deus net more cubes per eq though? Also not as annoying as Dragon.

Funny thing, Xmas seasonal some months ago gave more units and fuses in average than Deus EQ itself

In regards to loot, I'm glad it worked out that way. Sort of like a last hurrah, without the fanfare, before they moved deus to once every 3 days.

They were meant to be used to meet/idle/chat. We didn't have casino(ep3) or franka cafe(ep4?) until way later.

Oh also there used to be chairs in multiple places in lobby, those side rooms to be specific, but they removed them because they crashed the blocks.

I actually enjoyed EP4's story. It was a step down and had a lot of flaws but overall the good outweighed the bad for me. EP5's story may as well not exist.
