Not sure how anybody can justify running double Buggy over double Neptune or Neptune/Law for legend books.
Let's say on average you are getting 1 legend book in 6 runs and the chance of buggy duping it are 2/5. That still leaves you with almost 15 runs before you 1 extra book.

I don't have him so I haven't ran the island yet.
But if he's similiar in HP to all the other guys you really just need raid Sabo for the damage and then pair it with any other units who either deal damage with their specials or reduce cooldowns.
The team I have been running Doffy, Cavendish, BB and Barto were all 2x Neptune, G4 Luffy, raid Sabo, colo Kinemon and FN Kaku. G4 used on stage 4 to pretty much oneshot and then Kaku and Sabo to finish off the boss.
Varying for me so far. Cavendish it took me around 30 runs for 6 drops, BB and Barto only 20 for 6 drops and on Doffy I got destroyed so hard I don't wanna talk about it.

I'm close to 180 stamina and I did gem for Cavendish and Doffy(in vain). BB and Barto were mostly done without gemming, got one refill today and one yesterday.
Not too bad though, perk of being a newer player is that everything gives me gems for 1st time completion. All the FNs this week are new and some of the colos too so I got plenty back.
Unless v2 Law or Shirahoshi are super boosted this anni I'm not pulling anyway.

I said this before. It depends on what your aim is. If you only need that 1 book, go for Neptune. If you have a lot to farm, go for Buggy. Buggy will make all that farming for books easier if you're running on natural stamina.
