It almost certainly has to do with how overpowered the Super 90 and SPAS-12 once were. In their minds they probably had a "no semi auto shotguns for attackers" rule back then, but it ended up sticking even after semi autos were nerfed into the ground. At least Ying gets the Six12 in a different configuration.

because not everyone comes in trough the main objective window, and some hiding spots are bit further away and good for sound whoring. Second nobody says shit when they are getting bum rushed and instead just start going on about why isnt cav inside the objective we lost thanks to you. You fucking anchors have your own job as well

Just try to find clever uses of her pellets. You can make smaller holes by intentionally missing some of them. You can make one hole then shoot pellets through that one to hit an adjacent or further wall. You can make a crawl hole instead of a full sized hole.

I like Hibana's gadget because you can do a lot with it.

leveling up should give you an extra 5% alpha loot roll chance or something like that

They're not triangles so both would be pretty bad. Also situational, murder hole is good for cleaning the room from the outside but lower is better if you already have control over the room since defenders can't easily peek in and have to slowly crouch walk into it if they want to pass through.

Sometimes you want a regular fucking hole rather than a big fucking hole.

I'm not splurging on that monitor. Though it's nice to know by the time my 980ti dies I'll be able to get something new without needing to sell a kidney.

i only play casual with friends and have fun, never bothered with ranked because i can't take this game seriously and the hacking problems that plagued release discouraged me. then again i bought this game hoping it be closer to swat 4 rather than cod

COD4 was the last one i played and it has a lot more in common with cod than swat 4, shit like endless sprint, drop shotting, 1 hit knifing, and ttk (at least with hardcore). it's mostly minor similarities i suppose, but i bought the game under the (false) impression it would be a tactical shooter like some of the original r6s. yeah, they fixed most of the shit since release but the only time i could really take this game seriously was release and any interest has dissipated completely.

Try playing other games. Even 3speeds are slow compared most other games. Hell if you think that's fast try playing Quake or Dirty Bomb, your brain will probably melt trying to comprehend a character moving faster than a jog.

For every instance where that information would have helped you there's ten instances where the reduced damage would have gimped you. Siege is not as reliant on information as you would like to think. Actually hitting enemies is still far more important.

compared to other tactical shooters? 3 speeds are absurd. i've played quake, i don't know what that has to do with anything. i can't think of a single other tactical shooter or something of the sort that has any sort of movement or play style like a 3 speed. cod comes to mind immediately because it feels just about the same to me. playing ela was some of the worst time i've had in this game just because of how completely disjointed it feels compared to most other operators.

swat 4, socom 1, 2, and 3, and rainbow six rogue spear were the tactical shooters i played the most. it's a weird genre to fit games into and hardly even applies today, but those are what come to mind when i think of tactical shooter. 3 speed playstyle doesn't mesh into any of those, hence why I associate it with cod
