BB is chaotic good in FGO because she helps you stop one of the beasts.
But she treats her experience with you like a game she is in full control of and just wants to have fun along the way. In FGO lore she's the most powerful servant in chaldea and probably Goetia level, but she nerfs herself because being OP isn't as fun for her (despite still being OP after nerfing herself)

Yes this is part of her lore and no it is not head canon. Being OP but not liking how OP she is so she holds back is part of her sthick.

I created my account on the first day of launch. I dropped it at the end of Nerofest, skipped Dangos, and picked it back up during Halloween. I played into Gudaguda, where I dropped it again. I picked the game back up at the very end of Saber Wars, to the point where I wouldn't even have Saber Lily if I didn't get her as a freebie when the game released. I thought Saber Wars was getting a rerun.

I only have one 5* as well, although it's Tamamo and the one I wanted, so I'm happy.

I think you are probably doing fine. If you are looking to reroll, it would make more sense to do so when Camelot and Tituria is released. Until then, you might as well save your quartz and try for Tits when she gets released on your existing account. I think that Arturia + Tituria would be a neat pair, myself.

I don't know when a good time to get Heracles is, but I've been spooked by off-banner 4* servants quite frequently in the past (Emiya in Halloween, Stheno and Carmilla in Gudaguda) so he might show up when you don't expect him.

If you're willing to shell out a few bucks, just buy an account. If you're not, idk just pray more or something.

Eggnuts are a real pain. No idea about interludes, if that's what you mean, but if you want to farm them Bountiful Sea in Okeanos is your best bet at roughly 60AP a drop. We'll be getting 30 from KnK mission objectives, at least, and then 30 more from Accel Zero.
