because all the healers in this game are effectively the same, heals, maybe a cc, no escape. and wow's heals are pretty generic, I'm not sure how he would stand out. prayer of mending for a heal when attacked?

Velen and Rohana and maybe Anduin are the only supports I'd accept at this point. Otherwise I want more Specialists/Warriors/Assasins for awhile.

What's the difference?

Spectres use more psionic abilities. kerrigan was well on her way to the spectre program but became the queen of blades instead. Nova is a great ghost but her psionic abilities are not even close to Tosh, Duran or Kerrigan.

ghosts are more like sniper with light psi powers. spectres are like psychic assassins.

Ghosts have limited psionic ability but are highly trained assassins/covert ops/spec ops and masters of stealth. Specters are the same but they excel in psionic abilities so therefore serve a difference purpose. their psychic abilities make them stand out. Tosh is who Kerrigan would have been if never succumbed to the Overmind, who is also psychic.

God I love Nova who always triple taps get Genji.

thats not correct. Spectres can be made from any human with at least latent psionic power by terrazine, but base psi power level matters a lot.
Nova became top psi human after Kerrigan had joined gods.
And in SC2:CO she has get some terrazine, not in spectre's way though.

Kerrigan re-wrote the scale when she was discovered, being a class 10 tp-tk (telepath - telekinetic) and eventually being upgraded to a class 11 (ON A CHART THAT GOES TO 10) and finally class 12 as queen of blades.

When nova was discovered (during the invasion of tarsonis; where kerrigan was abandoned) she was classified as a class 10 tp-tk and they still weren't sure that was an accurate measurement for her but they put her there because that was literally the only place on the scale they had.

Nova was intended to be a "mirror" for kerrigan. Both killed their parents. Both entered the ghost program. Both were at the top of the scale and damn near rewrote it. Both could have been viable candidates to become infested like the zerg wanted (if mengsk had evacced kerrigan the zerg swarm would have sped through the rest of tarsonis and caught nova before she got off planet).

Nova is a hell of a lot more powerful than Tosh, who was in the same ghost program with her.
