4inf, 4art, 1eng, 1hus is the standart template. Late game you should replace some or all of the artillery with planes. Tanks are pretty usseles, only use in a complete deadlock in which the AI has gotten snart and won't attack your fortified positions.

HPM is just a general improvement to the game. There are a few downsides as extreme historical railroading and broken events but it's much better than vanilla. >Naval template No such thing. Just produce as much of the strongest current battlesip as you can.

(Indian RGO fix) I was pleasently suprised when I booted it up and saw he included options to disable trade policy desicions and puppets giving money to their overlords.
