so i'm 150hrs in, pretty avarage at the game (gold 3) and i seem to get either incredibly bad enemies or incredibly bad teammates. games go 0-4 or 4-0, never something in between. is this normal?

No blood pools. Not even decals on shot operators, you shoot a guy and all you have is super disproportionate blood splatter behind him, and not a single trace of that shot on the body.
I really don't think that it is that hard to implement after 2+ years of this game's existence and who knows how many years of initial development.
