I didn't take her to be a Merlin-lite. More like an odd Berserker Medea Lily, who can actually deal some damage. Although I guess her Buster buff can be applied to any servant you want, so she could throw it onto somebody else if you'd like.

That, and her NP cuts enemy NP damage down by 75%, at least.
