Cherche's base is 10, and her growth is 9.
Hector's base is 8 and his growth is 10. *Actual* bases and growths are the reason for 4 point boons and super big guys.

Or they should've let us select songs, unlocking more and more of them as we play the game. For example: this is the Binding Blade theme song dungeon. The starting and boss themes are fine starting out, but give us new song that is changeable (but not necessarily default) every new 20-floor hike along with a new selectable boss song like-wise.

For example: beating Barte unlocks:
