I mainly want it for arena score, but I feel like Nino would benefit a lot from getting the buff even if it does not account into blade damage. At the same time, Nowi benefits a lot from threaten res while battling armors...

On average about 20k from TT if you complete it and rank well internationally
5-8k from Arena and Arena Assault combined if you are higher tier (probably won't get to that as a new player just yet)
I can't remember how much you get from VG, but it must be like 10k+

TTs are usually monthly, Arena+Arena Assaults are weekly, VGs are monthly

With 1 TT, 1 VG and 4 Arena+AAs that's at minimum 50k feathers a month.
