Depends on how bad the drain is over time. I never ran out of energy with 4 on cause anything under 30 insta-dies and its always free energy.

It's shit. Double shit. Without range, turb is weakened. Without duration and range, it's useless. No dodge-tanking for you. Without duration, Tail Wind is shortened. No speedrunning for you.

I guess if you wanted to make an airburst/tornado build, it might be kinda eh... But even then, you want range so that the tornado scoops more people up and lasts longer, and the airburst needs more AoE.
