Do the Red and Blue Rathalos quest. Then start at the ancient camp. Head into the grand tree that has a ramp heading to the Rathalos nest. The first tree next to the ramp on the right hand side has one that can be seen flying back and forth and landing between trees. I stumbled upon this literally last night. Good luck.

Hey sorry if noob is showing here but if I'm using a CB with impact phials, am I doing non elemental damage? I got a decoration that boosts non elemental damage but all endgame weapons have some element on them. The only thing I see making sense at least in the case of CB is the phials

King Marlins count in terms of classifying/getting the rare fish. I just happened to find both at dawn.
I don't believe so, unless it's got it's own section and the rare border instead of just the great stamp on the tuna spot.
