I'm sorry but what the hell is Prussia? Why is it important or interesting? To me, it just seems like another failed german experiment. Okay there were some scientists and inventors born here but that's it. Honestly, even pharaohs feel more relevant than this empire(?). Can an autistic germanboo explain this to me?

Isn't bait tbqh. I haven't studied anything about Prussia in my life and wikipedia is even more mindbogglingly dull than usual on this subject.

It's pure memetic autism that dragged the world in a world war

As far as German states go Prussia is definitely one of the most influential and notable. From Frederick the Great leading it to success in the Seven Years War to further successes as part of the coalition against Napoleon, Prussia became a regional powerhouse throughout the 18th/19th century. It was Prussians that heralded German unification into a single state as well.

>A Polish Duke of Mazovia invited Teutonic Knights to help him with his (Old/Pagan) Prussian (Baltic tribe) problem.
>Teutons commit forgery to steal part of Duke's lands, establish their own state consisting of that and what they take from Prussians
>Teutonic Order have entirety of Prussia under their control, build brick castles
>Gets defeated under Tannenberg/Grunwald by Polish-Lithuanian forces
>When Luther starts his crap, the final head of the Order converts to Protestantism, changes the lands of the Order into Duchal Prussia, and becomes vassal of Poland
I think that some time later the Duchal Prussia went under control of last Duke's relative (or the other way round), they somehow reached King status, took part in Partitions of Poland.

Slavs larping as Germans creating a country for an army.

It was Rwanda of Europe.

After reading Spengler I came to the conclusion Prussia was the pinnacle of western civilization. After Prussia it's only going downhill.

This

Prussia was one of the most successful states in the history, their influence was global (like in Chile or Japan)

le military with le state meme

maximum autism caused by interbreeding of germanics and slavs

Prussia formed germany

Damn those brick castles look great.

The Knights may have been a bunch of cunts but they knew how to build.

Something something, good at war, developed a great military tradition, ultimately led to the unification of Germany.

lol

>starring pagan baltic tribes as "the niggers"
>and introducing Hochmeister Hohenstaufen as Prime Minister Iain Smith

One of the premiere military powers of Europe for centuries, especially after the Seven Years War. Social welfare programs (intended to undercut the socialists) that influenced modern social welfare globally, especially in Britain and the US. Creation of the modern education system thanks to Wilhelm von Humboldt. The development of modern philosophy under Kant which led to Hegel and most of the great or influential German thinkers (Marx, Engels, Nietzsche, Stirner, etc.).

It's ascent to power and eventual German unification massively booty blasted the British, French and other great powers of the day playing a role in the lead up to World War I.

Prussia is, simply put, one of the most important states to have ever existed, especially in regards to modern (from the 19th century on) history.

Most of Japan's Meiji reforms and modernization was them LARPing as Prussia.

for you

basically the best army in europe, managed to kick austria's and france's ass, and formed the german empire which they ruled, and formed the elite military class of germany up till the end of world war 2.

They're genetically the fastest to assume upright position under most get up scenarios.
