Imperius is a more aggressive, more damage oriented of Tyrael. Known for being able to use Solarion to basically shoot lasers, as well as teleport it into targets similarly to rags sulfuras ult which he then follows up on.

But because he is the greatest warrior in existence as far as diabloverse is concerned (barring the nephalem) he also has a strategic and defensive aspect. Basically Imperius is the next best candidate for multi-class

Itherael is capable of reading fate; his scroll of fate allows him to know everything that will ever happen as it's 'supposed' to... so there's a lot that can be played around with there, as he's got an even more perfect understanding of events than chromie. Of course the nephalem broke fate so that screwed up diabloverse. But basically he'd have some extremely 'predictive' gameplay or he could move things "forward" in some manner (messing with cooldowns, skillshots, people walking around?)

Blizzard really fucked up with Garrosh's representation in Heroes of the Storm. His abilities and role do not fit his character fantasy in any way. His kit should have been for another character. Yes, he is fun to play. But he should have been a bruiser, like Artanis, but with burst and less focus on defense and with an ability to force 1v1.

Here is a fitting, lore friendly, and appropriate for the character fantasy kit for Imperius

Q: Slams Solarion into the ground dealing damage in a cone, enemies at the end of the cone are stunned and slowed afterward
W: Fires a close range laser at a single target burning away their true form which heals Imperius for a percentage of his missing health. maybe make it heal more against heroes
E: Uses his telekinesis to throw the nearest enemy to a target location dealing aoe damage. maybe give him a talent that lets him throw allies
R1: Imperius angrily shouts threats forcing nearby enemies to attack him
R2: Imperius swings Solarion around him quickly dealing damage in an aoe. maybe give it 3 charges and maybe make it deal double damage to heroes as well as have reduced cd when basic attacking heroes
D: Imperius's Valor gives him more armor as his HP gets low

As for Itherael I have no idea they'll probably just pull another kit out of their ass like they did for Auriel.

I know what lightning breath is based off of, and I still think red lightning hose is the best version of it, but they eventually decided to change it to a breath weapon, and that breath weapon was supposed to be what brought down the diamond gates, not just diablo reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee'ing at it.

I remember pitlord being a semi-niche strategy against orcs for undead. You went pitlord + banshees and used howl of terror + curse to severely mitigate incoming damage, while reducing orc armor with orb of corruption so that banshees could shred them.
