I always end up getting tilted and then i just queue up as jungler ,mute everyone and see if they will give a double kill within the first three minutes to decide if im gonna int or not. At least if the score is 0-0 for the first 3 or 4 mins then i have a chance to carry. Playing as support i have no indication of whether im gonna win or not because even if we are ahead by 30 kills then they start doing retarded shit and throw and i dont have the damage to do something about it.

Also S8 has only become worse. At least in S7 i could maintain 60-70% WR as a support now its either ADC or Jungle.

Nah, ADC relies on the team keeping people away from them and not instantly dying. Most teams don't keep their heads above the water, in turn doing nothing about the people engaging on the ADC and not living long enough in a fight for ADC to do any work

ADC is a team reliant role and most of the time you have no team.

I can share something somewhat related to this. I despise it when I'm bot lane red side, my jungler starts red or doesn't need any help (ivern shaco maokai etc.) and my ADC/support jerks off under the turret/in blue buff bush instead of taking advantage of that and cheesing in tribush with me, especially when our jungler starts red to lv2 gank mid so when the enemy jungler will see this he will have to decide between helping his mid and helping his bot so one of the two is surely fucked. Fucking nobody wards tribush lv1 unless they somehow expect you to do this cheese, all you have to do is to go into tribush at 1:30 and press S then jump on whoever enters the bush first, worst case scenario you drop the support to 10% making him spend all his potions and be useless for the first 2 levels, best case scenario you get a first blood and free laning phase. You just gotta contain the autism and not go for kills unless you can 100% guarantee them and not lose most of your health while doing so, being able to do a lot of damage without retaliation is already insanely good.
While we're at it people taking points in spells before they need them is also a huge pet peeve of mine. Imagine doing the aforementioned cheese but having your vayne start Q instead of E because the first thing she always does after loading into the game was pressing ctrl+Q. As a vayne main seeing people do this just makes me mad.

so bard's portals are essentially a teleport. you start and end somewhere. now while thats great, that still means that even though your hitbox travels with you, your position in game doesnt until you exit the portal OR you are dislodged via cc (thresh, naut, blitz, webm related)
because of this condemn will go based off your position, making you return to the entrance of the portal
that explanation also goes for you at least i can have fun AND hate this game
