A tactic and a breath skill are both way better than anything Azura has, unless you need more dance crutches for AA she doesnt do anything.

The thing is a DC unit's biggest strength is that most enemies are forced to take on retaliation no matter if they're ranged or melee, meaning it's better to be able to take all sorts of combat. Steady Breath helps against melee units, but most SB users don't have trouble with physical units in the first place, they roll over them like they're nothing unless it's a Bold Fighter enemy, which they'll likely get blown up by regardless of +4 Def or not. 4 Res isn't huge either, but since most ranged units use magic, you get more bang with your buck from the DC effect. Even Neutral A Tiki hits 38 Res with DD seal, and Warding and the Res refine, Fjorm hits 44 Res with DD seal. That's quite a decent amount, although I actually like SB on Fjorm more since she struggles more with physical combat compared to the others.

even if the enemy has guard, which "could" turn your +3 into a +2 before the game does it, it only gives +1 because they never stack.

I spent around 96, my free pull was hp- def+ Linde who I did not already have and I just now got def- Res+ Hardin, not the greatest but im very happy I got him, I was extremely excited when he was announced since I wanted him in the game for a long time. I also got an attack+ def- 4* Larachel which made me happy since I didnt get her from her banner
