There's a lot of potential character cosmetic customisation that just isn't there. Even if they make most of it only viewable to the player so it doesn't confuse others

Zandalari paladin actually makes sense because they've been taught the way of holyness and justice by the Tauren, but Night Elf doesn't make much sense because they are stalkers in the night, preyers of the weak
