The difficult thing for me with OW is that despite it being infinitely more teamplay dependent than CS, people in pubs seem to be way less aware of good teamplay practices than players in the equivalent percentile of CS:GO MM.
when people start raging at their team in OW its (usually) about who you picked or they think you're shit based on 5 seconds of speccing you while they're dead. In CS people will call you out for playing a shit spot or not helping them out when they were fighting, etc, even beginning at DMG.

I actively try to get better at understanding the teamplay element and how to not just play for individual success but to play my role in a way that helps the team, but it feels like people just frag out despite OW being all about teamplay.
