I have just started buying a 74u. Makes you capable of killing anyone even geared with some luck or a drop on em (loaded with bp), and easily deal with hatchlings.

This is generally on factory though.

I didn't replace anything. That's a build from 80%. The trigger is an alpha wolf. It's okay, for a glawk. Definitely better than a stock one and much shorter reset

Also the "stippling" it's p80s rough texture frame so...

People are talking about how players are able to delete textures from the game and see through buildings. I dont believe it, seems like something the launcher could easily verify, or any loading screen. But at the same time I'm reminded its BSG and priorities are weird, so now I'm scared to go to Shoreline, just after getting over the terrible performance.

Glockfags would recognize that the trigger is back and therefore the striker isn't cocked.

/K/ is my home board. They are definitely gun autists but I think I'll be okay.

at first i thought fort was op too, but after wearing it and getting wasted on plenty of occasions pre-patch, i changed my mind. i think it was in a good place before the nerf now, as it stands its just a barely beefed up paca.

even if they made fort three times as strong as pre-patch, but cleaned up all the netcode bullshit to get it running like counter strike, i wouldnt care. worse than having someones armor do its job, it trying to peek and getting killed a solid second after im behind cover.

I love not being able to shoot a hatchling that manages to sneak up on you. It's so cool how you put your gun up in the air when they're right in front of you. I love having to take out my own hatch and whack him in the head.

Why the heck are people selling dismantled rifles to the fence?

The generosity of the economy is the only respite this game offers. If they make that brutal too, I'm not sure if I'll have the heart to continue to main this game. Yes, you can lose all of your shit in a hurry, but you can just go stealth/scav mode to re up on rifles and make half a million rubles in just a couple hours. I hope they don't take that away. If they do, it will literally nothing but the no-lifers who can play the game full time.

The enjoyment I get is from playing the game in two completely different ways. Either to kill, or to stockpile. If I go in just to fight, I don't even bring a backpack. Just a silenced rifle, some armor, and usually comtacs. And I hunt. Simple as that. I rush to the sound of combat.

After I do that for awhile and thin out my stash, then I shift gears and play for loot until I'm rich again. I'll still take a fight if a favorable one presents itself, but I'll avoid contact unless I'm confident I can win handily. I've been having a lot of fun playing this way.

Anyone else experiencing low FPS issues after patch? Every map used to play fine for me before, but after patch only Factory is now playable.

That 2 more penetration lowers rounds-to-penetrate on Fort from 15 to 11. That's huge.

lol spent the last hour doing runs on Shoreline trying to kill 25 scavs for a task.
Then I found out that I actually have to kill 25 scavs on Customs.
Which is kinda a relief cuz in 1 hour I only managed to find and kill like 7 scavs

Source on those numbers? Nothing's been said about how the penetration value interacts with armor. I have a hard time imaging a difference of 2 makes that huge of an impact.

Low durability, costs more than the value of the weapon to repair, take off all quality attachments and put them on a new weapon

Empirical testing and discussion about such on reddit. Yeah, yeah, I know, reddit. But they did it correctly and it's been confirmed by both Klean and Nikita independently. Basically they broke it down in chart form of how many rounds of each type of ammo a Fort would absorb before it had a >97% chance of penetrating. I'll see if I can find the thread.

Little newer than that, that was when Fort was dropped to lvl 5 armor class and 40 durability. But I think from the same guy(s).

Nah I think this was the post they made after it got reupped to level 6 and 45 durability. The 7.4 table was the one with class 5, and by patch 7.5 the armor class was back to 6, right?

The 7.5 patch was when Fort was dropped to armor class 5. They did an unversioned hotfix at some point to bring it back up to armor class 6, which occurred after they brought the durability back up (but only by a few hours, yesterday had like 7 different unversioned hotfixes). The piss poor patch documentation has this really hard to track down but the way I'm seeing it is:

The one with the patch notes. Dropped Fort durability from 60 to 40. Did not change armor class.

This is the one where they fixed the oversight of the AK buttpad being back to -15. Supposedly when they dropped the armor class of Fort to 5 from 6, also when they slaughtered PACA.

The AN-94 has some pretty nutty internals. You should check it out at some point if you're into guns; it's pretty cool.

Someone started one when CBT started, but we died in just a few threads. He or another user brought us back maybe a month or two ago, and this one was going pretty strong for a while. No new content for a bit though, so we've been dying off again.

And yeah shotguns blow if you aren't going for legs with them (assuming the dude you're shooting has armor on). The TT sucks now too, by the way.

Best way to survive raids depends on what you're good at, how geared you are, and what's going on in the raid you're in. Can't help you much with that except tell you to play more and learn the maps & meta as much as you can.

My '80 Ruger SBH comes close but Ruger never quite got to where Smith was with the polish. I have to stick with high-end shotguns to get that level of bluing.

My Miroku-Citori 725 Sporting is actually higher luster than my Belgian Citori 325 Crown despite being a much lower grade. Wood isn't quite as nice (the Crown has exhibition grade wood) but the finish is top notch on what it does have.

The game will die. It's slav trash with one of the most atrocious money theft ToC's that's ever been seen in anything. Battlefield is objectively a better shooter, and doesn't have trash mechanics, retarded movement system, or AI that's somehow worse than Bethesda's. It'll take a lot more than optimization to fix this tryhard joke. Now they're listening to all the streamer codbois bitching about the game being too hard and prioritizing those fixes over gfx or netcode optimization.

They could walk away from this at any second, with zero repercussions, and probably not even bat an eye. And that will become a more and more likely scenario as their community further toxifies.

it's 3 times cheaper, only does 5% less damage, now has a 20% increase on armor penetration compared to new PRS 5.45. only "downside" is that it has a 0.6% slower bullet speed, and way higher chance of ricochet (which i think is better?) also FMJ has higher fragmentation probability, so i think it's overall a better round than PRS now. all hail new FMJ masterrace
