I don't know, user. I think you may be looking into things too deeply and seeing something that's not there.

Also former fatty, fat shaming someone while they’re trying to lose just makes them feel like there’s no point. And while I always went the veggies and exercise route I saw plenty of people around me resort to more harmful ways of weight loss like not eating until you pass out. Losing weight takes time so if you see a fat person you don’t know if they recently started a new diet or if they already lost a few pounds or what.

What we should really be doing is encouraging healthy eating and regular exercise for everyone, instead of constantly putting down people based on our outward observations.
