My reflexes are kind of shit so I can't use her shield on my adc a lot of times before an attack/skillshot hits them and I can't often do those shenanigans with Q/R where you blow people when they use dashes and shit and look like some LCS pro

I can use her well enough and have a good win rate but I could be so much more

The key isn't to hope to react, you have to be aware of when certain skillshots are coming out. It's a lot easier to shield skills when you know its coming then it is to hope to react to something you aren't ready for. But I mean if you honestly can't react at all then maybe play soraka.
