I actually had a really tight game earlier today against a priest where I had Sea Witch and four giants on turn five and he followed up with Lightbomb. After we were both in topdeck mode and the game swung back and forth several times.

Why isn't Paladin an Armor class? Let's say they were, how would you implement Armor gain for Paladin? What would their schtick be? Warrior is the original Armor class, but it's currently outclassed by Druid. Mage also has some way of obtaining Armor, so why can't Paladin?

I'm not all that excited for either. Magic Arena just brings back memories of that Magic Duels shit and Valve isn't really that good of a developer anymore.

I think mage with the nut opener is one of the most frustrating experiences in hearthstone. At least with warlock they tap heaps and therefore having strong plays is fairly consistent, and with paladin at least I can interact with their board through taunts and board clears instead of just being countered at every opportunity. Counterspells and runes are fine in control decks but not in decks where you have a 1 mana 6/3 and the opponent can't kill it because they ""skillfully" didn't go second and therefore didn't have the coin.

Fortunately there's a gamemode where those two cards are pretty weak

Just finished a game that made me reconsider why i still play this game, opponent just played the normal nagalock, i manage to stabilize by making some "smart" plays and by bronzbearding a mc tech, just to lose to bloodreaver guldamn. Opponent wiped the board cause you are dumb, no problem here's your board back, while we're at it take a better hero power.
Why do i still play this game, it doesn't matter if u play right or wrong just go through the motions of a netdeck and pay $ to blizzard. Remember when ppl complained about dr boom, how the fuck do we arrive at this. Every expac just insane power creep i think this game broke me. I can't be alone in this.

When your opponent get him on turn 2 it's pretty unfair, even with the no 2 mana cost cards penalty.
