I wouldn't say worse. Matter of fact they made it so that it's no longer JUST hit and run. Now you can remain unsheathed and keep on proceeding to the stronger attacks via the new tackle mechanic. Though frankly speaking, I don't know I'm not really feeling the whole "do a little dance before getting to your real attack" shindig.
