How come f2pbtws fail to roll who they want?
I had only 90 quartz by the end of December, I've been saving up to now and I have 450 right now. Which means we get a bit less than 900 quartz per year at the very least, including events and all that. And I'm not even counting tickets. If you're not a complete lucklet that's at least 3 SSR per year.
