It's not guaranteed Merlin for 30 paid quartz. It's regular 1% rates with Merlin 0.7% on rateup, but you can only use paid quartz for the gacha.

Anyone else here ignore gameplay entirely and only use female servants? I don't see why anyone would play this game for gameplay it's already easy enough as it is impose self restrictions on myself like female only servants.
