Protip: The growth is consistent for each level, so you only need to see by how much it increased from lv1 to 2 and multiply it by 20. Same applies to hissatsu multipliers and effects.

Completely depends on the person. Tsun girls like Chikage and Karin clearly need outspoken girlfriends that can pull them out of their comfort zone, like Yuuna or Fuu. The perfect girlfriend for shy girls like Mito or Anzu would be someone confident who will stand up for them, like Utano and Tamako. There is no perfect (You)sha girlfriend for (You) because (You)'d only disappoint both her and (You)rself anyway, and (You) know it.

It's such an obvious jew scheme, but I can feel it working with me. The huge benefit that comes with rolling new SSRs regardless of how good or cute they are, paired with all the rewards that are way too expensive to get without a good team and/or tons of farming really pressures you into rolling more.
The anime and LNs (or their respective manga adaptions) are the core parts of the franchise, everything else is just a bonus.

If you don't like reading LNs, this isn't the franchise for you. This is a multi-media franchise and NoWaYu is well above the average LN. I hate them myself, but didn't have issues with this one.
