Because that would be OP. If Doomfist immediately got a -1 second cooldown on all of his abilities once he lands an ability which stacks depending on how many enemies he hits (so if he hits the entire enemy team he'd immediately get -6 seconds on all of his cooldowns), that would be a different matter. Or they could just give him 100 armor.

Do you guys think they'll just keep adding characters indefinitely or will there will be a point they'll stop? Because to be honest this game has too many characters already and I imagine it's already a pain to balance them out but then Blizzard talks about supporting this game for at least 10 years so idk.
