Yeah ended up getting an event that gave me Prestige, and I was improving relations till I got them under 60. Then I placated them before someone could support independance.

1.Is there any reason why you can't reform the PBC, La Plata, and Gran Colombia, like you can with the FRCA (as an outsider hispanic, I mean)? Latin-American countries rarely become GPs unless it's the player's doing anyway, and either way, it still makes sense.
