Grima is basically Dragon Hector with his base kit, so he's already one of the most busted units in the game, and SI just makes him even more busted. Myrrh starts decent, but needs a few SI adjustments to be truly terrifying, though she's an effective support unit for other units regardless, especially dragons, while still hitting pretty hard herself and surviving more threats than you'd expect.

Everyone wants Hector, whether it's it use for Goad Armor and Distant Counter SI, or just to have a strong axe unit that can take on a large variety of threats. There's uses for every single possible stat spread on him, though some are a bit more annoying to have than others.
