I'm cashing out all my coins and getting out the game...

I'm cashing out all my coins and getting out the game. This shit has gotten too crazy this past month and every good coin has either mooned or is a total scam. The glory days seem to be over and it looks like this bubble is about to pop. Best of luck to all of you. I've enjoyed my time here and made some good gains but I'm putting crypto and Veeky Forums behind me. Goodbye faggots. Enjoy my bags.

You act as if the market is simply going to disappear overnight. This is illogical. Even if it is in a bubble like you suggest, the selling off and subsequent buying at the dip would lead to even greater returns in the future. You are like a little baby user

Don't forget to pay the tax man

He's not wrong in that any shitcoin can get 2b market cap.
GNT and GNO are hideous things defying all valuation logic.

Too many NEETs got rich of the initial boom and are now just spamming gains around. I'll wait for the crash, sure, but it's getting harder to weed out the actual value

Butterhands.

See you from outside of my lambo.

Short term, I believe these coins are over-valued. They simply haven't been used in ways that warrant their current prices yet (so there will likely be a bit of a correction, or at least a reduction in their increase).

However, long term, there does seem to be potential in things like Ethereum's smart contracts. I've got a feeling that the reason why Microsoft is getting involved is that they could be potentially looking at forming their own sort of exchange for new sorts of financial instruments which are based around the idea of a smart contract and which denominates everything in crypto.

That's probably quite far into the future though, but these companies have to prepare like that.

>I've got a feeling that the reason why Microsoft is getting involved is that they could be potentially looking at forming their own sort of exchange for new sorts of financial instruments which are based around the idea of a smart contract and which denominates everything in crypto.
That's really smart speculation

Microsoft could legitimately take this over, they'd just have to bundle a wallet with Windows and then they could easily integrate it with xbox live, the windows store, everything.

Guess who's working on that and isn't overvalued?

>DGB

>bubble is about to pop

The bubble hasn't even begun to inflate. You're cashing out right before an explosion of growth. You're supposed to bail out once this shit hits the mainstream media.

>I'll wait for the crash, sure, but it's getting harder to weed out the actual value

This. It seems like the only two coins that have legitimate value are BTC and ETH. Everything else is like somekind of perverted ponzi scheme.

Desu the bubble is fat and full of air. You can only sell so many rumors. Once people wake up and start to realize what is going on this house of cards will surely fall.

>Bail at highest gains ratio from normies adoption
Bail a few years after it when there's too many overpriced businesses and the normie's media is practically begging then to invest and HODL into a crash.

Even if it's a big scam, if this is just a bubble and it will all die and we'll go back to only trading stocks...

We're still taking part in a really important part of history. This is significant, even if just in theory and even if it only ends up becoming mainstream after we die. This is the new currency format of the free world. Maybe not btc or eth, but cryptocurrency in general.

This is probably what aliens use. Maybe a quantum computing hardened version.

Also, lose a couple thousand bucks? Big fucking deal man. Just make sure you have backup investments in the stock market too. Don't go all in on crypto.

Most normies already know about bitcoin and have no interest in it. Trading alt coins is what has caused this boom and it can only last for so long. There aren't enough legitimate projects or even a need for 95% of them and normies don't want to put tens of thousads of dollars into "assets" that can crash 50% overnight. They might as well go to a casino.

KEK
DGB is literally a gaming coin. You don't even know what you're shilling tripfag ironhands.

>Just make sure you have backup investments in the stock market too. Don't go all in on crypto.

This is great advice.

>Most normies already know about bitcoin

Seriously even my mom knows about it

Last I checked gaming is a multibillion dollar industry.

Good job. Sell your bags to stupid laggard fools who think it will experience "parabolic growth" and shit like that.

No, retards, cryptos ARE already mainstream, you have missed your boat and are buying bags.

THIS

FUCKING THIS

Everyone hard the "million bitcoins in lost hard drive story"

Bitcoin already IS maintream.

Normies just think its crap and don't use it

All of these losers buying heavy bags and thinking they are "early adopters" are laggard idiots kidding themselves.

You people said this months ago, years ago.

Why has btc almost doubled in a month?

surely ETH is worth holding?

I am a normie....I see the value in crypto. You guys don't get it. See I can't wire gold. The stock market is in a big bubble and the dollar is in trouble as a result. I have a vanguard retirement.....warren buffet isn't pouring all his buying power into anything right now....because he is waiting for the crash...then he will buy like crazy. Bitcoin is going to be huge. ETH as well....maybe some of these smaller coins as well. But we don't go to brick and motor stores anymore....everyone even my father in law who is in his late 70s orders online, because it cheaper. How am I going to use gold for online purchases? I'm not. Bitcoin is a solution to that though. It has no real value to me sure....but neither does gold or silver... You only use those to store money in. I think the bubble you're seeing in crypto is because people know the stock market is bad...people with money still at play there are the same types that like to play with digibytes and ripple on here. Sure most are scams....you can still get paid on those scams though. I actually paid for a vacation tonight with ripple. I'm not going to hold it long term. Crypto is insane right now and its because normies like me are feeling it out. The markets will stabilize.

You can already buy things online with a debit or credit card. It's pointless unless you use it for illegal transactions or to buy alt coins with.

Cryptos aren't even in the ways they could be yet. We are looking at a form of technology that will need five to ten years before it starts getting mainstream implementation. The only reason there is a speculative market ahead of utilization and adoption is that you don't need hard assets to create a crypto. Anyone can do it and we are speculating on the value each separate entity can bring to the take in the future. That's not to say that a huge amount of the speculating is not just pumping and dumping but hey, you could argue stock speculation has reached similar ponzi levels.

Yes but those are less and less reliable. And in any case I said it stores value online....like gold does in my gun safe....the dollars on my debit card will be worth less in a year. Gold isn't valuable because it collects dust its an agreed upon store of value. Bitcoin can be gold 2.0. If an economic collapse happens...people will be buying online even more. They will want something that's a reliable store of value...they will have to turn it into fiat at first but soon demand will be there. Bitcoin was made during a economic collapse....it will get big during this next one.

#
The bank stores my dollars online too and the dollar's purchasing power has gone up this year 4.3% already. The USD is arguably the safest store of value on the face of the earth. Bitcoin could crash down to nothing. You act like it's always been $1700 and is going to just keep going up forever.

Us dollar is in peril. If we don't agree on that we are not going to agree on much. QE programs by the FED basically ensured its collapse. That said...I was right about 2008 and housing and I was barely 20 then....I don't think I am wrong about the stock market bubble and the decline of the dollar. Look I had no idea how to trade. I paid some guy to give me advice....his class has seen twice as many students as it had before and that's all within a month. This bubble is the beginning of the entrance of normies into the market.

>The USD is arguably the safest store of value on the face of the earth.

people said this in 2013

>The USD is arguably the safest store of value on the face of the earth.

Nice joke user, you should consider a career in stand up comedy.

>I keep gold in my gun safe
>I'm a normie guys I swear!

> Tripfag Ironhands
MFW I'm staying a new Poloniexaccount just so this can be my name in the trollbox.

Literally spit my morning coffee out laughing in the middle of a hotel restaurant. Thank you for the laughs, user.

Crypto has barely started kek

Good, get out. This game isn't for weak bitches like yourself.

Crypto trading hasn't even started. Ask any normie and they will have no idea what you are talking about. Most people only know about bitcoin and think it's a scam. Wait till this shit really goes mainstream and see what you're missing

I live in Arizona.....that is normal here.

I don't think that normies think it's crap, I think they find it too complicated to understand and to difficult to get into.
The moment you have a bank convert your money into BTC for online payment is the day that crypto is really going to explode.

Nope :^)

These.

OP is a dumb fucking idiot. Ethereum isnt even out yet for fucks sake.

Buying into any centralized currency in (((CURRENT YEAR))). Even goldfags are smarter than you, and they're retarded.

Yet another thread where low iq neets discuss the "value" of crypto like they can quantify it.
Is there a board where you have to prove that you arent a complete retard?

I understand man, you need reinforced steel balls to hang in this game

Normies know btc they just don't really have a use for it yet or wanna spend money on something they don't understand. The real value of bitcoin imho is name brand recognition. If the dollar bust this is probably a safe hedge.

Titanium nuggets to put 80% on ethereum, 20% on btc

Sure thing OP cash out like the retard you are

Be fearful when others are greedy. Everyone is fucking exuberant right now for cryptos. Crypto market cap keeps climbing without signs of stopping. I would exit.

...ehhhhh

I'm thinking there's gonna be a real boom this summer. WORST case scenario the coins just limp along and don't gain much.

Might as well hold until Fall.

*OP takes out his 300 dollars in Milocoin*

God I can't wait until the coins die and all the skills leave this board.

OP here. I actually have about $25,000 worth of coins. I made a series of bad trades the past two weeks and lost about $8,000. I'd like to continue trading crypto but the current market worries me and the pressure to get out is even stronger for me since I just took these losses. I'm still up around 10k so I just have to keep reminding myself of that. I think I'm going to take a week off and not look at the numbers then come back and re-evaluate everything.

If the risk level is starting to get to you then take that 10k gain and invest it in something safe and stable and dive back into crypto with your principle all over again

>GNT and GNO are hideous things defying all valuation logic.
that's not how you spell XRP and GNO user

this, once you start trading on emotion, you will start losing money.
Trade on other people's emotions.

money laundering

You talk like an Illuminati Rothschild who wants a digital coin. But that's just because you bought the propaganda.

...

ripple from 1% to 25% dominance in 2 months.
also interesting the slow bleed in btc is always accompanied by another altcoin going up in value. but btc from 85% to 47% dominance in 2 months, is something worth discussing.
