Ok I revamped my bloodletter build. I am going to go with 47/9/30/14/50/15 at bl115 to catch bl97 cowards. My strat will be to OHB and dash R1 with letter and if that fails, switch to pocket cannon for a surprise kill.

If you're mainly just focused on weapon damage then sure, Tools would be fine too. Weapons get diminishing returns going over 50 on a stat but Hunter Tools benefit from going higher, 70-99 is common for Pure Arcane.
There's like 8 "story" dungeons so no that long. But since it's your first time it'll probably take 10-20 hours, follow the FRC guide in the OP

I saw Eileen the Crow at the Cathedral Ward in Yharnam yesterday. I told her how cool it was to meet her in person, but I didn’t want to be a plague-ridden rat and bother her and ask her for Bold Hunter’s Marks or anything.
She said, “What’s wrong? A Hunter, unnerved by a few beasts?”
I was taken aback, and all I could do was use the Shake Off Cape gesture but she kept cutting me off and going “A hunter must hunt. A hunter must hunt. A hunter must hunt.” And ruffling her crow feathers in front of my face. I quickstepped away and continued with my hunt and I heard her chuckle as I used the lantern. When I came back to the Dream to let the echoes become my strength I saw her trying to walk away from the Doll with like 15 points of Skill in her hands without paying.
The Doll was very nice about it and porcelain and was like “Ahh, welcome home good Hunter. I must have drifted off… “ At first she kept using the Shh! Gesture and pretending not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the Doll.
When she took the Skill points and started adding all of them in one go, she stopped her and told her to add them each individually “to prevent any blood-addleation.” and then turned around tipped her beak at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she added each individual skill point in separate transactions and put them on her stat sheet and started to say “May you find your worth in the waking world.” She kept interrupting her by yelling “All Hunters must die!” really loudly.
Also, there was a Rock in that coffin, if you want to go grab it.

That's a hell of a thing. There's a pre-lamp side room, and a Witch almost immediately when starting it, so get ready.
It initiates beasthood, which is a temporary damage buff that builds the more you attack. It can builds some serious damage, but also makes you more susceptible to damage. Only affects physical damage, though. Whirligig + pellet = melted boss.

fucking hell, ive plated the game and ive beaten it and the dlc at least 7 times now and never had trouble with her but vicar Amelia just made me blow through all my blood vials because she just wouldn't stop spamming that stupid fucking heal move over and over and over, like seriously 3 times in a row back almost to full hp at one point i dont think ive run out of blood vials like that since my first play through

The orphan of kos is weak to fire or bolt? I'm trying to beat him but he keeps kicking my ass. I'm on a 25/50 str/arc With a +9 axe with two +20.6% and a +21% physical gems. What will be better? My current axe or an elemental one?
