It's still pretty good, nothing really like Ageha route of IMMHW where significant rewrites were needed to get around lack of H, all seems pretty seamless where you don't really feel like much is missing (at least from the one route I played censored). There's also the machine translation patch if you want your porn and don't care how shitty it is translated, though it will also affect a few lines immediately around or referencing H-stuff too.
I think YMK let you fuck the girls in the common route depending on your choices you could probably do it and then go onto another one's route

It actually can lead to a bad end if I remember right. There's a sort of point system in KiraKira where if you neglect the band hard enough and get enough points you get the bad end but you need a certain number. Fucking that girl counts as a bad point.
