Most of the costumed liz versions seem to have smaller horns. For that one specifically I'm pretty sure the artist drew it like she was a slut wearing a horn-mimi headband. The other art is like that too.

I actually feel like they kinda ruined Rama's personality. His speech in JP is incredibly formal and actually sounds fitting for a king. Overall the editing did get better though. Less typos, almost no random linebreaks.

Not really, especially since the major teams are just arts stall and buster crits. For casual off meta teams though you should pay attention to overall deck composition and have more cards that do what you want (arts for NP spam, buster for regular damage/bustercrits, quick for stars though replaceable with 2030s), and skills that help the team/buff the damage dealer.
