Yep, rerolling in this game is suffering so best pray on either getting 4* on your first roll and being a decent character. Characters people don't suggest rolling for are Kokoro, Kokoro, Tsukuyo, Momoko, and Sayaka debatable, pretty much anyone who a tank or has too many Charge discs.
