Baguette might actually counter dive. I've had a few really solid matches where a deathball comp with Brigitte acting as a bouncer against flankers and divers works really well. Team her up with a Junkrat/Soldier/Reaper, Orisa/Rein/Hog/Zarya, Mercy/Moira and it holds up really well against dive comps. As long as your team isn't retarded.

Are you messing around with sens in game or in the practice range? Get your sens right doing basic tracking drills in the practice range, by doing it in game you're forcing yourself to make it work and it will just make you uncomfortable no matter what.
