Saw Cleaver and Spear have pretty decent rally on their transformation attacks and they can be chained really fast. Whirligig is the only other one that comes to mind. Amygdalan Arm and Beast Cutter can hyper armor into a mob and rally it all back with a few swings, but the individual hits ain't all that.

Burial Blade has the highest rally. That's like its whole shtick. Try it with guidance sometime.

Also switch attack usually regain you more health, and the hunters axe ones are way quicker than the burial blades.

Yes, with 50/25 you can use Toni, Boom Hammer, Wheel and HMS including other Str weapons and Skl weapons with Heavy Abyssals. On 25/50 you get those 4 weapons plus Parasite and anything you can convert to fire, bolt and arcane

If the hunters contract is fulfilled is the night done for everyone, or just the hunter? I assume because hunters like djura and eileen both opted out of their contract early and arrived in the waking world but it was still the night of the hunt.

It’s probably mostly balanced around how hard/slow a weapon is. BoM having high rally would be unbalanced for example. Your health is also described as your ”will to survive”, so seeing an enemy take a lot of damage in one hit shortly after it damaged you would in that regard translate to an increased will to survive.

Do bosses that appear on different chalice layer typically drop higher rating gems at lower layers?

I.e. watchers on layer 2 drop rating 18 more than layer one.

Gascoignes is easier than cleric though

You just walk around cleric beast's ankles and occasionally roll, not locked on. You can parry gascoigne into the dirt too.

But l see no waifus and always play as a man

Spam the transform to tricked attack, ignore untricked moveset.

Just convert it into fire, bolt or arcane.

Weapons that do physical damage only and have a listed Arcane scaling don't actually benefit from it if you don't gem them with elemental Bloodgems.

But, the answer is no, elemental conversions typically don't reach the nominal AR of standard weapons.
