I dislike the amount of transparency since we switched to Discord as well. In my particular case though I can explain it pretty succinctly. I never really quit I just went inactive. While I was gone people got spergy over inactive admins. I've done headmin stuff here since 2016 and frankly, the issue at hand isn't that we have a disturbing trend of opaqueness in admin decisions since Discord came to be. It's that we were hitting 0 players online. I'm back to sort that out and help the server function normally without me.

Hardly anyone knew who I was when I applied and hardly anyone knows who I am now. Literal whos are as welcome to apply as anyone else. People who already contribute to the server by updating the wiki, coding features, participating on discord, etc are easier to notice but that doesn't mean people who have their shit together but don't make waves aren't welcome as well.
