Which deck are you referring to? Both jade druid and big priest are good with dealing with combo priest's threats with poison seeds, naturalize, silence, sw:d or barnes on 4. You have to be simple or stuck in the past to think your precious combo priest is favorable vs them.

Patrician. A shame though because I can almost guarantee you they will never change Barnes. The winrate of Barnes decks isn't obscene enough for them to change it. Also they want Big Priest to stick around as it is a deck they enjoy and are glad that Barnes enables it.

Kind of ironic how dreadsteed+defile would have been a viable counter but now control warlock has to rely on bloodbloom shenanigans.
