I mostly liked it for the cute artstyle and the warm palette. I don't get how the humor and character interactions were bad since I thought they were solid, although the anime lacked development as it didn't go far enough for Shii and Kayo's chapters. I might be wrong on things since I read the manga quite after the show.

Didn't realize her attack pattern was based off her charge gauge. There's actually quite a bit of leeway to the fight if you have one of the 5* alchemists.
Also watching that video made me realize that she's a fantastic boss to grind totteokis on. Bring Yun, Yuri, and Tamaki and wail on her while she's asleep to build gauge while spamming totteoki on the one you want to train.
